[COM] Re: 52-66 King William Street | 65m | 15 Levels | Southern Cross Arcade

most of your phone watchers only look down it seems I look straight ahead and around and sometimes up. I also live in the city so I see it every day. I worked in KW street in the 90's and noughties and I can tell you its only declined in that time. and yes I've walked down the main street of other A...

Lol the rest of King William is certainly not “dilapidated.”
It is. Walk down any main street of a capital city in Australia. KW is the most run down of any.
Can you name the main streets of the capitals? How many of them have you walked down?
you sound like you need a holiday

[COM] Re: 52-66 King William Street | 65m | 15 Levels | Southern Cross Arcade

If only it was taller, it would be a diamond in the skyline. Another missed opportunity for Adelaide. its average height for a KW street building. At least its new and not run down and dilapidated like the rest of the street. Lol the rest of King William is certainly not “dilapidated.” It is. Walk ...

[CAN] Re: 207 Pulteney Street | 180m | 55 Levels | Mixed Use

Drove past and saw some men in hard hats and fluorescent vests inspecting the site with what looked like paper scrolls in their hands. There is movement! I think I saw them as well! Wow so exciting. I wonder if they were testing the ground to make sure it can handle 100 levels instead of 55 levels!...

So far less than 10% of eligible voters have returned their ballots in the city of Adelaide. Don't forget to post asap! :D
I was going to vote then I read the profiles of the candidates

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide City Council

Thanks Patrick, that’s a good question. All 3 of the main Lord Mayor candidates have pros and cons in my opinion. I really can’t pick out of them. I think whoever wins will do a good job as there will be much more scrutiny on them. My main concern is that we would end up with a faction again which ...

The Adelaide skyline is starting to resemble the Brisbane skyline I remember from the early 1980's. If the dominator building materialises this will be the case.
