The fence has been removed, not sure why unless something is happening soon.

The fence kept toppling over in the wind, I suspect it has something to do with that and the fact that the project has stalled...

I don't mind the final design, I think it's far more appropriate than the first lot of apartments that went up on this block, will be a relief just to see this precinct complete.

It could also be a widening of the South-Eastern Freeway between Stirling and Verdun/Mount Barker. That section of the freeway can be congested in peak hour as far as I am aware.
