Yes, the project does seem to be continuously seem to be downgraded over the past few years. The fact that is mentioned on the website that this redevelopment is the largest of its kind in Australia is absolute bull. The Darling Harbour redevelopment cost far more, even if you don't consider inflati...

Both ends of the line run on the streets. It would be hard to make changes for it from light rail to heavy rail, particularly at the Glenelg end. Plus this upgrade and the upcoming extension provide a link between the three busiest areas of public transport in the city. Adelaide Station is almost in...

So it looks like the eastern core will only be going up to level 11, while the western core is going the full height from the plans. Also noticing the exterior stairwell covered in glass is becoming a lot more common now, a bit like the one on the E&Y Centre in Sydney.

Great but unfortunately the clock you have set up is 3 days slow. The opening day is October 15, not October 18. BTW, I have seen the inside of the new terminal already for myself. You can see the images in the Airport thread at SSC.

I love the render but unfortunately I don't think that is the side that we will be seeing from the south. The official rendering is taken of the western side of the building.

I've always been more interested in the functional side of things than the aesthetics. Besides I suck with my artistic skil...

Al, if you can see in the renders of CCT3, one of the old buildings (there's a heritage listed one on that corner or close to it) seems to be incorporated into the new building. EDIT: The above is a completely different building to the one you guys seem to be re...
