[PRO] Re: 10 Anzac Highway | Kaufland Supermarket

[COM] Re: Adelaide Oval Hotel

Does anyone know how they achieve the min fire rating requirements? Are there any firewalls etc between rooms (as it doesn’t appear so)? Yes, there is some kind of sheeting between the walls and floors. I presume FC or a hebel product. I couldn't get close enough this morning to get a close up photo

[COM] Re: Flinders Rail Link

What is the date of the paywalled Adelaide Now article? The timelapse video is the the installation of the first span from 6-8 December. The references to the piling work are rather odd. They imply this work will be be continuing through to August 2020, whereas the piling was surely completed in 20...

Why is it all wood for? It looks so cheap. I know there will be cladding but even so, the rooms look like student Accom sizing. Cross laminated timber provides strength and has the benefit of being a fast build. Many smaller apartment projects use this technique as well - Lightsview for example has...

[COM] Re: Memorial Drive upgrade

Went to last night's session, and was surprised at how little protection the roof actually provides spectators from the elements, especially on the western end of the old stands. The roof needed to be a tad wider to provide maximum protection. Also, pretty much all of the specator concessions are b...
