In The Australian today it reveals that the CBA are vacating their KWS building. So more than likely CBA is the major tenant of this building.

It was Marshall and Brougham, but they took down their signage some time ago. There's no indication of a builder, which is unusual!

This one is underway now, with plumbing sticking up from the ground and workers seen there during the week.
