I hope this becomes a real destination in terms of public space, retail and other spaces. This is the last chance for a major development in southbank imo (excluding the next Crown development).
Southgate is good and all but it isn't iconic.

Looks like a real game changer for Adelaide having a building this tall in this location. I'm from Melbourne, I look forward to visiting sometime to see these developments.
