Definitely agree with the red bricks along the stairs. They really look out of place and don't even do the job they're supposed to do - tie in the historical elements of the back of the stand - well. They should have left the history to the back and the cricket change rooms and 50 year member areas ...

Trenery (Country Road's more upmarket off-shoot) is opening in one of the vacated spots in Rundle Place. There's also going to be a bakery/cafe concession in the fashion mall.

I really like it too. The de-cluttering of the Mall works really well and even though bins, lights and mobile vendors are still to come in, the improvement really hits you once you leave the new section behind at Gawler Place. The finishes of the pavers and furniture are great and allow the facades ...

I think the pavers look great and agree that the openness seems to give the Mall a new lease of life. Hopefully that won't be affected too much once the furniture, lighting etc. makes its way into the development.
