Re: If you could demolish any buildings in Adelaide...
I know it's not ground floor but I still think there's potential for the old Harris Scarfe site in Rundle Mall Plaza. Don't think I ever went in there but if the floor's the same size as Spotlight then that's pretty sizable - maybe a bit small for H&M but about the right size for a Topshop. Most...

They were playing SA Tourism videos the last couple of times I walked past them - it certainly brightens the place up, makes it look a little more up-to-date.Brucetiki wrote:Those screens looks impressive. Wonder what will they be used for - schedules, ads, footage of Adelaide landmark?

I'd be interested to know whether Habiad's claims that
are true."looking at data over the last couple of years of how many trucks operate on any given day in the city of Adelaide it has never exceeded the number of eight ... outside special events."

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide City Council
I can't see how the Fork in the Road 'events' and others can operate as before with so many MFV to be forced out by a ridiculous (and anti-public sentiment) 10 limit which will act to make them unviable/unsustainable. Good question. Would Fork in the Road be classed as a 'major event' and therefore...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide City Council
I think decisions like this really highlight the disproportionate power the ACC has compared to other city councils in the state – the City is the major hub of the state and several hundred thousand people who have no voting rights enter the City each day to work and play. Petty decisions like this ...
