...rev's revolution... Almost. The second footbridge flip it towards King William. The main indoor arena at Pinkys flat and the smaller one not necessarily with a roof over the outdoor courts. War memorial drive between Frome and Montefiore removed, as well as that small section pf Sir Edwin Smith....

I love Hindmarsh stadium and its location. Nothing better then grabbing a beer at the joiners before and after the game. I would love to see the corners filled in with seats to add more capacity. The other grounds in the a league are too big and lack atmosphere because they are 3/4 empty. I agree. ...

Okay, this is my final offer. As a football/rugby pitch requires a lot of soil, building over the train lines is both complicated and time consuming. Tennis centre / events venue is a much easier build. Turn current tennis spot into Memorial Drive Aquatic Centre, retaining current stands for diving...

Would love to see a residential development like this built next door at 275 North Terrace. With views over Lot Fourteen, would make everything around it way more interesting.

Is there nobody on Sensational Adelaide with even the slightest level of influence on Adelaide City Council or State Government decision making? Not one person? Anyone? If it's you, and you're reading this now... what the fuck is your problem? You have an army of researchers and place-makers at your...

Further to all this, why are O-Bahn passengers crossing a busy bus lane, a garden bed, service delivery bays and a carpark to reach the back of a major shopping centre?
Time for the TTP bus terminal to be integrated into the retail and entertainment district. It's embarrassingly third rate as it is.

I truely wish Dwell didn’t exist. I actually think that Dwell could provide for a perfect opportunity to demonstrate what the East End has always been about. Before the Markets closed and Maras build the apartment and retail precinct that occupies much of the site, there were a heap of large murals...

Lifted from Will in another thread who lifted from realestate.com, but here's a photo that demonstrates the potential of the central bus precinct for an athlete's village: https://i2.au.reastatic.net/1563x873-resize,extend,r=33,g=40,b=46/1c0318b7563bbfe8ac63dcb54d9304fa979dadcde0eb8365171d053009832...

Attached is a mock up of option C. as described in previous post. Concept includes a 20,000 - 25,000 seat stadium; a 12,000 seat arena (tennis / basketball / netball / concerts) with retractable roof; fitness / health /wellbeing centre; and the current tennis centre with the proposed half-assed reno...
