The previous building sat in front of the same cafes on the same location on the beach for many decades and that building was even brown like a turd! I totally agree...it seems absurd if this is not addressed or changed drastically before the footbridge opens. If anyone knows of the future plans for this area please let us know as in its current state it truly is a disaster...

I agree we don't get the tourist throughput but I guess if there is nothing for them to come to visit/see in the future why would they come anyway....
