It is a great development, but an awful area... there are many better places for such a development. Hindmarsh Island is just too cold for seaside development (its worse than Melbourne in summer!)

I don't think that a tunnel under Victoria Square is a good idea. It would cost tens of millions of dollars. Money which I think is wasted because the tunnel would only save motorists 2-3 minutes of travel time. It is not worth it. The money would be better spent in projects that make Victoria Squa...

They should have a 'median strip' of chairs and eateries throughout the entire mall! It wouldn't be a bad idea... eateries in pedestrian only places work very well.
