Golden Grove - No longer the world's best address?

When I go to & from my workplace, Barkuma, I've noticed that on the sides of The Grove Way, The big signs that say 'Golden Grove-World's best address' have been removed after sitting posted with the logos fading for more than 10 years!

I drove along the landscaped part of the Golden Way yesterday and I'm pretty sure the 'world's best' sign was back up. I think the landscaping is great btw.

It shows what the state and the private sector can achieve. Golden Grove was an early cooperation between Delfin and SA Land Commission before the creation of the massive LMC and its client/developers.

Caught the 545 bus route and the sign on the Golden Way was also gone!
All 3 have been taken to a rubbish dump in some obscure location!
In the meantime, here's a recreated version I've made in Photoshop Elements! It's the closest I can get since I haven't taken any photos of the real thing.
(PS: The 'black thing' on the right is the mounting point for the 'award plate')
