I think you'll find that the glazing is cheap regardless of which building. Perhaps what you mean is the look.

Any word on a tenant for this? I noticed very little has been done to fit out the floors, so they're possibly keeping it as an empty shell until someone signs up.

The only one I could suggest is AMP who are currently in a tiny building on Hindmarsh Square opposite Channel Nine or Bank of Queensland... Otherwise, Westpac have too good of a deal at Westpac House (this includes BankSA, St Georges and Bank of Melbourne); Bendigo/Adelaide similarly have a great thing going above Rundle Place; ANZ are comfy over on Waymouth; and both NAB and Commonwealth have a massive footprints on KWS which this building wouldn't cater for, unless they're planning on downsizing?

Whoever it is, will be good to see this building finally occupied. Although, the interior is fairly uninspiring and with probably not a lot structural flexibility to make that many changes, so I wouldn't expect they were going for a Bendigo/Adelaide or ANZ on Waymouth type approach to their office space.

Would love to see Macquarie set up a decent sized operation here, highly doubt it though.
