Pikey the design of the building is subject to change. The development application lodged with the council may or may not be the building you posted.
I really hope that it is the one you posted, but the design could have been altered since then.

This is the stunning new vision of the building which will become Victoria Square's latest landmark and deliver funding for the Catholic Church in Adelaide for the next 50 years.
The artist's impression shows how the $100 million five-star green energy rated building will look from the centre of Victoria Square as it sits proudly next to the Cathedral of St Francis Xavier.
The exciting project will be finnished in 2008 and planned design features include interactive water displays and a public education centre.
In what will be a significant boost to Catholic education in the city, the project will also include the construction of a new multi-functional gymnasium and general learning areas for St Aloysius' College. SA Water will be the anchor tenant in the new building.
Demolition of the former tram barn site is well underway with officials from Australian tramways museums set to salvage artefacts of significance to preserve the spirit of the transport hub well into the future.
Adelaide Vicar-General Monsignor David Cappo said plans for the building were "proceeding well".
"This project will provide us as an archdiocese with an income over the next 50 years or more, that will enable us to effectively fulfil our mission, both in terms of a range of pastoral services and community welfare," he said.
"The new building, in addition to providing an income stream for the Archdiocese, will ensure the integrity of the Cathedral precinct and provide state of the art educational facilities for St Aloysius' College."

Great find Mants! I'll be going to Mass this Sunday to get myself a copy.
Although it is probabaly too premature to make this comment, as I'm basing it upon a small black and white picutre, but it appears as though the design has been modified and made more simple and bland.
However on a positive note, judging by the picture the building will rise to a similar height to that of the Commonwealth law Courts.
