Interesting.. This article from 5th April (which I posted earlier in the thread) quoted "almost a third" were sold as they were released to the market. So supposedly only another 5% sold in 3 months.

They'll build once they get 80% sales, I went into the sales office earlier in the year.

Spoke to the agent on site today, he said that at least 85% of the building is under contract/negotiation, with construction to commence later this year or early next.

machine drilling into the soil. Obviously doing
preliminary testing.
