No this building was increased in height. The second was originally taller but was reduced. Thread title is correct.

Difference is 14 metres but only two floors? Is one residential and the other commercial?

I see this construction through a carpark on Pirie as I walk past, and the glass indeed does seem to be highly reflective. It looks absolutely great from the ground level as it reflects the sky and clouds - as seen in the photo above.

This really stands out flying into the city. Just moved back to Adelaide and have to say the city is looking really nice on approach. Also...Nice to see those ovals near the RAH looking green compared back a few years too! Very nice being back here and genuinely excited to about some of the recent announcements for SA.

You’ve come back at an exciting time for the city. With the developments under construction coupled with recent announcements there’s an increasingly positive vibe around the city.AdelaideGold wrote: ↑Fri Dec 14, 2018 9:35 pmThis really stands out flying into the city. Wish someone would invent a time machine and send you back to the early 90’s, where you belong. The era of pessimism is over.ghs wrote: ↑Sat Dec 15, 2018 11:52 amWhat is it that you're genuinely excited about ?AdelaideGold wrote: ↑Fri Dec 14, 2018 9:35 pmThis really stands out flying into the city. Dude it's a shame you don''t share the same enthusiasm of watching this city grow as most others on this forum, please don't take offence to this, however I sometimes wonder what your interests are here?ghs wrote: ↑Sat Dec 15, 2018 11:52 amWhat is it that you're genuinely excited about ?AdelaideGold wrote: ↑Fri Dec 14, 2018 9:35 pmThis really stands out flying into the city. Core is being dismantled. This one rocketed up. Hopefully the hotel will start early in the new year.
