There’s some work happening to the building on site (windows have been removed, inside looked gutted). I couldn’t tell if it was the start of demolition, but perhaps this is finally underway.

Oh, my bad. The Rymill Place proposal is for the lot directly on the corner of Hutt & East. The section where Sofia is being fitted out along Hutt Street is technically a separate building.
