I took a look this afternoon. It's coming along nicely.
From Grenfell street you can see that all 3 storeys of the retail part of the building are pretty much complete in terms of core substructure, and the first 2 levels of the office tower are well underway too.
The ground floor and level one also have air conditioning ducts in place and the fire sprinkler pipes too.
The first bits of the Grenfell street facade are in place with the concrete pillars now covered with the cladding (boring beige stuff but too late to change that now).
From Rundle Mall all that can be seen is a lot of scaffolding covered in green shade cloth.

How is it a wasted opportunity?? The first Sandstone pieces of the facade are up, no glass, no other features yet. Give it time!!

To be fair the sandstone slab looks exactly like the render on the first page of this thread.
