That explains a lot, I was past there about midnight and the Austin street was closed and couldn't get through.

Purple LED ...

I could see it coming down HBR last night. Looks ok, but I was hoping they would light up the 'crown' section in gold since it is quite prominent and would have made more sense in context with the design.

Speaking of the crown, a little disappointing to see a concrete box (plant room) sitting unadorned atop this building. I hope there's some treatment in store for it (more gold sheeting?) as it's really conspicuous.
