Developer has apparently asked ACC to place the LMA matter on hold.

According to 7 news tonight this was rejected by the dac yesterday due to the over height. The limit is meant to be 25m.

Does anyone know what has happened with the Balfours Square project?
It continues to be marketed (including online), but it does not appear on the PlanSA Metropolitan development activity tracker in any form
Interestingly, the development tracker shows the Elizabeth St student accommodation tower (West Franklin Stage 3) as approved.

It’s being fought out in the courts at the moment I believe.
