Anyone know what's planned for the old Acacia Arts site at 187-189 Hutt Street?
The street looks so different without that lovely old building. Like a smile with a missing front tooth.

No idea what's planned for Acacia Arts, but also sad to see it gone. The demoltion was approved here as 'irredemably beyond repair':

From what Ive heard around the street, fairly small 2-3 level development with ground floor commercial and 2 levels of apartments on top.

Signage has gone up for the new mental health care low acuity facility on the corner of Hutt & Wakefield. Does this one have it's own thread? I couldn't see any.
