They've got a good builder - a half arsed one would've talked the developer out of the expense of the paint.
The wall in question that was painted dark grey is also now having timber style features added to it. Looks really good and shows the commitment to achieving a nice aesthetic to an otherwise blank wall.

According to latest figures, Adelaide CBD has now passed the 10,000 hotel room mark with the soon opening Vibe Hotel. Can dig up the article if anyone interested.

Landscaping between the two towers is now completed and looks great. The pool seems a lot lower to the ground than I was expecting.
