They have posted another video with some renders and a model of the development on their Facebook page
https://www.facebook.com/Park-Square-Ad ... NE&fref=nf
Not absolutely convinced by the way the model looks, hope that it looks better in real life

A couple of close up glimpses in that video show a slight texture in the external cladding, so I wonder if they'll use white tinted concrete or something similar rather than paint. If so, thumbs up.

Why couldn't these be say around 20m taller each?
Fine looking buildings(in the renders).

My thoughts exactly. Based off of the renders, this could become a wonderful addition to our southern skyline.

These look fantastic and they compliment both the area and Adelaide well. Bring them on.

Too bad if you're on the western side of the building and your view is that hotel...

Oh wow!! I wonder how all of the east coast capitals have managed to get by if a blocked view was such a problem

....... I'm sure they have more than considered that, and those ones will be priced to reflect it

This could be dead. Went past and all signage has been removed.

Yeah pretty sure it is. Realestate.com.au ads gone. Website - deleted. Facebook page - deleted. Reckon it’s pretty dead. Shame - one of the better apartment designs we have seen.

That’s disappointing. I thought this was a great example of how South Terrace should develop.

Someone in the real estate game has just told me that this one is in 'redesign' at the moment.

They received Feedback from Dwell's architect who thought it needed to be more grey with less windows and with wirey cladding down the middle.

The original design was ace. Here’s hoping they just make it taller. Though I can really just see them dumbing it down tbh
