Thanks Pikey. Hopefully there will be one.

I couldn't beleve how big this place is! I walk past it alot on my way to work and i heard 29m so i thought yeah yeah bearly worth, but seeing it next to the building on the corner I'm very impressed. This one seems to be a bit of a quiet acheiver.

I also looked into buying one a few monthes ago, a little pricey for me but the studio apartments were starting at $183,000 not too bad if you like that sort of thing

Walked part this today by chance and it is up to level 2.

Couldn't see any crane base yet, not sure if there may be one at the rear of the site?

Is it a definate that there will be one? Surely for a building of this height there would be!

Not necesarily, it depends on the method of construction. For example the IAG building (Flinders Link) which is 42m high was built with transportable cranes.

Pirie St really is getting that closed canyon feel - like James Pl. :D :D I like that inner city atmosphere it generates.

They didn't use them at all on the pyramids.
Took a while to construct, however.

More of these cute little appartments around the western side of the city would be great. Bring more life between West Terrace and King William St. Really make it a funky student district.

totally agree Mr Mpol. The area around the western side of Waymouth/Franklin and Grote (ie the Grace Emiley) has so much potential for these kinds of developments
