It looks really black in the drawing, perhaps the real building won't look that dark.

As I drove along Gouger Street the other day it looked like there was a construction site in Market Street. Does anyone know if this project is underway?

I've noticed some construction too, however I think it is off Coglin Street rather than Market Street. Thus, it appears to be unrelated to this proposal.
(mind you I was driving too, and only caught a brief glimpse)

In todays AFR this was reported as sold to a Chinese developer. no mention of their intentions.
