I suspect that the number of apartments sold hasn't changed. What has changed is that the proposal used to have 50 apartments, an now it has 64. Thus the proportion of apartments sold has reduced from 70% to 50%.

A friend of a friend has bought apartment here and because of the delay he got a $5,000 Harvey Norman Voucher. No mention of the construction date as yet though.

Somehow I doubt the people who can afford an inner city apartment with a car stacking system are the people that then buy their furnishings at Harvey Norman...

I didn't think a $5000 Harvey Norman voucher was anything to sneeze at...!

Warren Buffett is happy with his new Subaru Outback.

I'm also confused by what you mean? It's not exactly bargain basement at Harvey Norman....

I'm sure $5000 will buy each of the grandkids a new iPad for Christmas. Rich people will spend money in HN at the drop of the hat.

Since my previous picture on 10 May the only work done is that the back 1/3 (the jiggered walls) at the rear have been removed (or may be they just fell down).

The sheets of corrugated iron were removed from the existing building progressively over this week.

Maybe, just maybe we might actually start to see some real action on this one.

Must be frustrating for the people who have purchased apartments here. They said construction had started nearly 12 months ago.

afternoon.
