Photo from today - always difficult to get a clear picture - the basement looks to be a pretty complex layout with the car stacker - I understand a concrete pump will go in soon.

From today
looks like the lift well is making progress - but finishing the basement platform on the eastern end seems to be taking ages.

Photo from this week.
This site was taken over by the builder right on 12 months ago - it has taken a long time to get the 5 levels below ground excavated and the basement platform finished off.
Still, it seems to be taking a while to really get moving on the car park levels and the lift core: probably quite complex with the car stacker.

Is this building sold out as yet?
Nice to see another residential tower going up in this part of the city, the area has been a bit of a quiet achiever over the past 10 years with apartment projects.

Their advertising material says 80%, so...
Realestate.com.au lists a few options, mainly the expensive ones above a million.

Finally coming out of the ground - from last night. I am assuming one is the service core and the second is the car stacker?

Looks like they are getting close to setting up and then pouring the ground floor slab.
It has taken a long time to get this to to street level - hopefully the building will start to move up soon.

Are they still building this in stages or are both halves going up in one?

I see from Prodical's pictures the ground floor is going to be post tensioned.
