Of 42-58 Sturt Street, or the one across the road? Across the road is http://www.sensational-adelaide.com/for ... f=7&t=3974
Can't seem to find any images of 42-58. Just some meeting minutes that refer to it (with the attachments unavailable).

Re: CBD Development: Low/Mid-Rise
Thanks Nathan. It's appreciated. I just live down the road from it, so I wanted to know what was being proposed.
Re: CBD Development: Low/Mid-Rise
This one now appears to be u/c with a mobile crane onsite & hoardings up all over the building. This project seems a little strange as there is currently a ~3 level office block which looks no more than 5-10 yrs old. Doubt they would demolish a building that new, so are they just gutting it putting 2-3 stories on top with internal refurb? Anyone know? Can't see the sense in knocking down a newish 3 story building to put up a 6 story building?Ben wrote:According to relestate.com.au the Flinders Loft project is sold out. So construction should be starting soon.

Re: CBD Development: Low/Mid-Rise
It's actually a refurb and additions. There was to be 4 additional levels but they recently amended it to just 3.
Re: CBD Development: Low/Mid-Rise
Gallery bar on Waymouth is proposing an extension into the building next door and an additional level.

Proposal to have all Polites signs removed from Adelaide and their buildings maintained to a decent level.
Exit on the right in the direction of travel.

surely the same council that can pull down a plastic crocodile from a building for being 'out of character' (just down the road from a huge plastic pig) can arrange some legal BS to have all Polites signs removed for being "out of character" or something like that.
