Do we have any images of this proposed development?

Of 42-58 Sturt Street, or the one across the road? Across the road is

Can't seem to find any images of 42-58. Just some meeting minutes that refer to it (with the attachments unavailable).

Thanks Nathan. It's appreciated. I just live down the road from it, so I wanted to know what was being proposed.

This one now appears to be u/c with a mobile crane onsite & hoardings up all over the building. This project seems a little strange as there is currently a ~3 level office block which looks no more than 5-10 yrs old. Doubt they would demolish a building that new, so are they just gutting it putting 2-3 stories on top with internal refurb? Anyone know? Can't see the sense in knocking down a newish 3 story building to put up a 6 story building?

I understand to be a knock down and rebuild.

It's actually a refurb and additions. There was to be 4 additional levels but they recently amended it to just 3.

this
surely the same council that can pull down a plastic crocodile from a building for being 'out of character' (just down the road from a huge plastic pig) can arrange some legal BS to have all Polites signs removed for being "out of character" or something like that.
