Problems posting

Over the last couple of days, every time I go to post or edit, I frequently get:
ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
...
The following error was encountered:
* Zero Sized Reply
The problem is, the post was actually successful. Pressing refresh posts again! I've noticed a few duplicate posts today, so I assume others are having the same problem too. Any suggestions to what the problem may be?

Cheers.

I get it occasionally too. That just means the web server has taken too long to finish its work returning your page and timed out. The webmaster could adjust the timeout defaults, but it doesn't seem to hurt. I just select and copy my post just in case it didn't get saved. So far it always has been. (If you're using a lame browser like IE it will leave you hanging and you need to pick S-A from your bookmarks again - don't press refresh. If you're using something useful like Firefox you can just press "Cancel" and the new page will reload.

I'm having the same troubles lately, although I know not to refresh, I just simply click back. Anyway to fix it?

At this stage, no word from our data centre on the issue. Could be a connection between here and the states even. Ideally if we could be hosted via a cpanel account in South Australia that would be the best.

Howie, it's time to sell your R34 to me for $4000 or so, and then you can buy your own server. Oh, and you can catch a bus to work :lol:

I've written a few posts that have taken a while to compose that, when the 'Submit' button has been clicked, the site has suggested to me that I have to be logged in in order to post. This is such a nice reminder when I know for sure that I have already logged in, and especially lovely when my post is not saved at all.

Have we some kind of time limit upon making posts?
