it seems pretty clear this government don’t have much interest in Lot 14, presumably because they see it as a Marshall pet project? https://indaily.com.au/news/2023/12/18/ ... next-year/

Wonder if we can expert the entrepreneur and innovation centre to start anytime soon? The website now says 2026 for completion.

This was always a waste of time and money especially the indigenous centre so they've pulled the pin

maybe they can make good on the Rann promise and return it to parklands... I won't hold my breath waiting for that

Today’s Advertiser suggests that the new Entrepreneur and Innovation Centre at Lot Fourteen precinct should begin development by mid 2024.

Property group Quintessential are apparently in talks with several potential tenants.

Not sure what the little buildings are. The larger one seems to have too much glass to be a toilet.

In the above series of photos, are the footings in the top left of the area from the old 1950's wing of the RAH or are they newly constructed?

No, they were new for the indigenous gallery until it was mothballed.

I notice they are reopening (rebuilding) the first entrance back onto Frome Rd ( which has been closed for at least 2 years).

This strange little park is now open. The glass building is a meeting/conference room presumably for Lot Fourteen tenants and the other just utility. There are no public toilets (at this stage).

The second access road from Frome is also reopened.

For all the money being spent on this precinct there's very little information about what's happening.

Decontaimination tent. It's pressure sealed and surrounded by water misters to prevent toxic dust.
