Walker will already be drawing up plans at this very moment

This has already been posted earlier in the forum. A second tower is still speculative at current.

If this tower is to happen, I would have thought it would already be at point where it would launch to the public? Empty land for the next ten years (let’s face it it’s ADL, that’s not unrealistic) will really take away from the area.

I can't look it up right now but I seem to recall that Walker's exclusive rights expire sometime around 2025. So I'd expect any proposal to come once attention turns the retail buildings following tower completion. And on the track record of the current government (esp. Nick Champion's notably favourable comments), I wouldn't be surprised if Walker's swindle worsens. And second large tower would be an outstandingly bad outcome.

Looks great from Station Place, especially at night.

Interesting that the foot bridge was lit up in the same blue & pink colours last night as well. Wonder what the occasion was? Not sure I've ever noticed both the casino & bridge lit up simultaneously.

Great photos Llessur2002. This building and our evolving skyline look brilliant at that time of night.

The Adelaide skyline is starting to resemble the Brisbane skyline I remember from the early 1980's. If the dominator building materialises this will be the case.

Pretty sure it's known as SA1 these days.
