I can't find another thread for it though I know I've seen one, but this site is now the location for MONDE, a 10-storey mixed use development. Apartments are now on sale
from $1 million, a sign of the times.

so is this site out the back of 9-11 Dequetteville Terrace | 35m | 12 Levels | Mixed Use, which is already underconsctruction? thats what it looks like on google maps?

piling rig in use at 4 King william St kent town. Could have 2 tower cranes on Adjacent blocks in the suburbs.

This will probably also be the case with the two developments near the corner of the Parade and Osmond Tce.
