Work on the second 6 story apartment project is about 80% complete. piling has commenced on the next apartment project 'Bloom" to be 8 stories. picture 21 feb 03.

Work has commenced on the third 6 story apartment building. (this site is closest to the corner of Fullarton Rd and Glen Osmond Rd).

Work has also started on the Bloom apartment building, (further north from banksia building). This building has a basement level car park.
