I spoke to one of the Unley disposals staff today. He was saying 12 months before they start construction. Does this sound right?

I was walking past this site today and saw who
I think was the project manager and couple of other people assessing the exit lane today. First bit of action seen for this development. Hopefully it means more is just around the corner. I think Unley disposals vacates in June. I feel bad for the tenants but this eye sore of a building has to go.

Last day of trade for the Second Hand store is late June. They vacate the premises mid-July.

Expect demo soon after.

Fairly certain it was late last year.

Fencing is going up today in preparation (I would assume) for demolition

The land is pretty well cleared now and a prefab site office was being delivered today.

Hopefully this is the start of a trend to build private accommodation along the main roads into the city and so cater for Adelaide's population increase vertically rather than spreading out ever more.

Drove past today and the construction site is really busy. Removal of soil for the basement is happening with quite a number of large trucks lined up to take it away.

Good to see this really progressing.
