Wow, this is fantastic news. North Terrace is developing a great collection of modern architecture to add to the superb heritage. And there can't be many places in the world with almost 3km of civic buildings and institutions co-existing side-by-side.

Sounds like a great initiative - I'm guessing this is broadly part of the Jan Gehl's public spaces and public life plan. Well done to Adelaide City Council and the State Government for having the guts to start implementing it.

Very nice design. If you look at their website Guavalime seem to have a legacy of designing and then developing quality buildings. I wish more achitects were intimitely involved in large-scale developments in the same way these guys are - most architects draw the line at developing their own dream h...

Gosh, last post before that one was in May! I'm surprised this building has attracted so little interest considering it's such a stand-out design. Anyway thanks for all of the excellent pics mate - I'm looking forward to seeing things in person when I visit in December.
