Originally it was going to be 5 levels, but supposedly that is a skyscraper of Gold Coast proportions so it got knocked back in council. The last I heard about it was that the development had been revised down to 3 levels, with a small section 4 levels. However this was about 2 years ago, and since then there has been no info.
The only details I can find on it are in the real estate section of the advertiser. It's in there today and was also in last saturdays advertiser. According to the advertisement there's 23 3-storey townhouses available....starting from 1.3 million. The advertisement in the paper also said construction is expected to start in early 2007, however there have been developments advertised for the site over the last three to four years.... and nothing has ever happened..
Hopefully it will go ahead....that area around the patawalonga will look great if it does !!!

Update 3 Dec 2006
- Changed 16-20 Coglin Street to Approved at 40m, thanks to Will
- Added some old projects from the SSC archive: Pinnacle and EastWest.
gregrogers257: I'm not sure if there should be 3-level buildings in the list. It's a stretch to include some of the city apartment buildings there, because there's bigger things on the way up right now in Mawson Lakes that aren't mentioned. If there's support for it, though, I'll add it and maybe snoop about at Mawson Lakes.

My idea is that we should impose a minimum 5 levels for suburban buildings to make the list and probably 8 levels for CBD projects. Does this sound reasonable?
I feel that we should not include 3 level buildings on the list.

Update, 18 Jan 07
- Added 11-19 Gilles Street, Proposed, 12 levels
- Added 416-420 King William Street, Proposed, 11 levels
- Added 302-306 Waymouth Street, Proposed, 9 levels.
Big thanks to Will. I'm reluctant to include shorter projects at this stage, but if they prove to be something significant I might. As usual, keep an eye on the
Low to Mid-Rise CBD Development thread. Anything I missed?

So not to cause future confusion, maybe it would be a good idea to correct the following: Spire is on the east side of Bentham Street and City Central Three and Keith Murdoch House are east of Bentham Street.
Thanks for keeping us up-to-date.
Cheers

I'll do it when I get back to Adelaide, I'm in Sydney at the moment and don't have much time. I've missed way too much, so any help would be appreciated.
