There are enough ugly buildings to knock over in Adelaide. It would be a shame to loose the existing façade. This building looks very unsympathetic to its surroundings. I haven't lived in Aus/Adelaide for 10 years - this style of architecture isn't inciting me back.

Hideous – it may be just as well there is a global downturn; this type of architecture is going to age terribly.
