Wow... seriously stunning pics. (the Adelaide Oval ones were great, too).
Did you happen to take any more? Would love to see more if you have them.

Love your photos too, aceman. Thanks for posting.
Good news.

I went for a ride this morning (not even knowing it will be opened tomorrow). The bridge is looking great, will have to go for another ride in tomorrow and hopefully be able to ride across. Never thought a bridge would excite me, but Adelaide really is starting to look real nice especially from down by the river.

Went for a walk there this morning too. Massive activity on and around the bridge. Laying footpaths, planting trees, laying turf, installing glass panels, finishing paving, extracting iron piers from the riverbed, and polishing handrails and the balustrade. Best part for me was the new paths and landscaping linking the bridge with Pinky Flat - one of the loveliest small urban parks in Australia and relatively un-used and unknown, except for runners and as a car park for the cricket. My guess is that people will be walking across the bridge just for the sake of it, discovering this little oasis and sharing the best view of Adelaide with the prolific birdlife there. This bridge is unique, in it's setting, its design and its potential. Truly exciting for those of us who love the town we live in.

How far off is it from completion? The last few pics looked like there was a fair bit of landscaping to go, and the cladding around the supports hadn't been completed.

5:45am Sunday morning and sections of lighting on the bridge are lit up....WOW it looks stunning. A nice soft amber glow that radiates across the entire torrens.

Looks awesome!
Does anyone know when the water feature is set to be up and running?

Saw a news clip earlier from Channel 9 suggesting the cladding, landscaping, etc, won't be 100% complete until mid-April.
Has anyone got any shots of the landscaping on the city side?
