Has level 14 exposed itself? I drove past last night and notice the Western core a bit higher than thit's short ass sister. I couldn't get a clear look at the core number though

[COM]
Yep, level 14 is exposed. Also the first levels of glass aren't too far off. The glazing support brackets up to level 3 are fitted.

The glass has been delivered for CC1. I saw it myself! Level 14 exposed

Guess who has a contact now with Woods Bagot??
Me.
Guess who has a contact who will send new proposal images to him?
Me again
Guess who found out that Woods Bagot is developing a apartment proposal for the City Central site?
Yeah, me.
Guess who got sent the Brand new updated pic of City Central One (as of last thursday - the new FINAL render)
Moi,
Here it is!

This image is different to the one on the hoardings and what had been shown in the media. If you look closely you'll see details inside the building! Also the colours shown here are closer to the final product, than is what shown previously.

Well Pikey I'm glad to hear that
Now ya have to keep us updated with any new news from Woods Bagot. An excellent contact to have that's for sure. That new render is great, very detailed. The Woods Bagot apartment proposal sounds interesting? Would love more details there. Where would that one be going? I thought City Central was almost full now with all the proposals unless one of the proposed buildings changes again? Look forward to any new scoops comming from your direction Pikey.

I spent a good 6 months trying to get a contact in Caversham. They couldn't tell me to get arsed fast enough. I was working on the wrong guys

UrbanSG - full? Mate, when you buy up a whole city block you can fit a whole bloody lot on it to make good on the investment

If you go by the proposals the only space left apart from the central open area which will remain an open space is between Bentham/Advertiser building and the proposed CC3 I would have thought. The rest has CC1, new Advertiser building, Bentham, CC3, proposed hotel and proposed CC2. With retail in GPO and small areas inbetween. So I would think the most likely spot for the possible Woods Bagot apartments would be between CC3 and Bentham?
Anyway we'll never really know until the last building is contructed on the site. Keeping the guessing game going I guess
. Very true though Chris they could do a real cram job to maximise their return.

As I said back on page 5, there is no solid proposal. City Central is a dynamic project. It changes! I especially wouldn't put a great deal of faith in that hotel being built at all. It's not required. Adelaide has a glut of hotel space for significant periods of the year then a severe shortage during events such as the Clipsal 500. The hotels aren't filled up long enough to make up for the quiet periods. In fact, the allegra hotel just next to city central has been subject to propsals to convert a lot of it into office space!
