Core rise today… although the floor numbers have gone from 20 last week to 12 this week… hopefully someone can get a pic.

cheers for the pics Andy. The glazing on this is its redeeming feature. Unfortunately the the boxy shape makes it look remarkably short for what is already effectively a 25 story building.

Not exactly a landmark for its location.

Looks even more imposing from up close irl too. At least simple designs often age well.

News going around is that Deloitte have signed on to take up 4 whole floors of Festival Tower.

Large rise today for one of the cranes. Also, Deloittes are in Waymouth St and not Dulwich, that is ‘Deloitte Private’ which is a separate but related entity.
