There's nothing in that immediate area of any architectural significance that I can think of. It's mostly late 1900s bland low rise retail boxes. It would stand out, but only due to the complete lack of anything else in the area. There's been similar contemporary buildings plonked all around that locality (Hutt street's CH10 building for example).
