A teacher I knew taught at Elizabeth and said they had to have dogs and guards every night to prevent the vandalism. You couldn't get the kids in during the day - they arrived at night for other activites. Hope Elizabeth stastion lasts the distance.
ADELAIDE - TOWARDS A GREATER CITY SKYLINE
I used to live in North Haven, a nice area in the western suburbs and the train station there (as well as many others on the outer harbor line) had to be repainted every month due to vandalism.
Believe it or not the WHOLE FUCKING CITY has problems with vandals. but am i letting the truth in on what could be a good story? or are you pricks just finding reasons to turn your nose up at the northern suburbs?

I agree with Hooligan, it's not just the Northern (or Southern) Suburbs that are the problem, even in Adelaide CBD the city tram stops are pretty regularly vandalised. If Adelaide stations were staffed vandalism would surely decrease. Usually Mawson Interchange is pretty badly trashed, but with all the security and Adelaide Metro staff around there has been almost none, and if there is any damage it's quickly repaired. But I bet that once the Gawler line reopens and the staff and security withdraw, then it will probably be trashed again in a couple of weeks.

This shit happens everywhere and really pisses me off, you always see bus stop shelters trashed with the glass smashed into a million pieces. While in the city, it's common to see graffiti on major bus stop signage.
I noticed the other day that one of the recently refurbished trains have already been vandalized, with the windows scratched. Bastards.

Ok.
I believe Shuz said
absolutely trashed, not just vandalised.
Well it seems you also are a fucktard.
Mate? What's that for, I was clearly stating a fact and so was Shuz, you can deny that it is a fact, but we all know it is.

Vandalism is a phenonomenon that happens all around the world, not just Adelaides northern suburbs.
Hooligan is upset at the stereotyping presented as fact.

Again you have got shuz and me wrong. We are talking about the trashing of a public facility, not just vandilism.

I wouldnt normally say this but yeah a bit of advertisment would be good on the cities railway stations, it would add a bit of colour. They advertise on bus stops, why not railway stations?
