The Uniqlo store is gonna be so tiny and cramped, also do we think the shops with the white boarding have already been leased and ones without not leased?

I wonder if they’ll put a Rolex clock on this facade. Wouldn’t that look awesome.
[U/C] Re: Burnside Village (Extension)
That would look quite cringe but I do hope something is done to that facade. Some screens advertising teh centre would be great. I hope it isn't just slatered in billboards.

If they were going to do something to this farcade they should have done it before they put the footpath paving down so prevent the paving being danaged byy any heavy construction equipment.

Footpaths will be open before the facade even starts. Tenant not secured for that corner.

I’ve heard a big Tenant what’s already in the mall is eyeing off that corner and having that full facade. Not sure if it’s true or not though.

Suburban David Jones?
[U/C] Re: Burnside Village (Extension)
This may have been explained before but the facade is concrete. Are they going to knock it all out to get the shop in? Am I being dense? Don't answer that haha but how?

When are you not being dense mpol?

Earlier renders of this facade in released images by the shopping centre had windows at the bottom showcasing products. It’s clear that that is probably not happening as it’s been lined with thick concrete now.
So it’ll be LED screens, lights and signage

Not LED screens but backed glass and lights. Likely ground panels removed for natural light

Thanks for taking the time to put away the cleanex and and explaining mateVinyTapestry849 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 01, 2025 12:47 amWhen are you not being dense mpol?. But in answer to your question, it’s believe this facade will be covered in LED screens and branding signage of a tenant yet to be finalised.
